One week has passed since the Online Marketing Rockstars Festival 2019 in Hamburg. Slowly but surely, we’ve been able to digest the many impressions of the two days at OMR and want to provide you with a little recap in this blogpost.
52,000 visitors, 600 speakers, more than 400 exhibitors and 170 master classes. In recent years, the OMR Festival has blossomed from a small online marketing fair to a compilation of superlatives. Countless big names and faces from the digital industry, such as tv-host and influencer Lena Gercke, German Federal Minister of Justice Katarina Barley and social-media phenomenon Fynn Kliemann, strolled around the Hamburg Exhibition Center on May 7th and 8th. And we were right in the middle of it!
Admittedly, our booth designed at the likes of a picnic-corner was somewhat of an eye-catcher. Nevertheless, we are still overwhelmed by the large number of visitors who stopped by to inform themselves, discuss with us, inspire us and get to know our product.
A special highlight was our masterclass "The Power of User Generated Content", held by CEO & Founder Benni Stöhr. The great interest and extensive interaction in the concluding Q & A session, as well as at our booth afterwards, really left a lasting impression.
Trade-fair days tend to be long and strenuous. But, luckily, persistence and diligence are always rewarded at OMR. Just like the years before, both days found their end with high-caliber musical guests. After Trettmann and Dendemann played at the Deep Dive Stage on the first evening, the Hamburger Goldkehlchen, Casper & Marteria and, last but not least, Drunken Masters delivered a grand finale on Wednesday night.
